Need another teammate?

Add them on the plan you have. A seat is charged only when you add someone past what your plan includes, and it is prorated for the rest of the billing period. Past any other limit, move up a plan or talk to us about Enterprise.

How does the team work? Do I pay per person?
Each plan includes a number of people: one on Solo, three on Team, ten on Business. Past that, a teammate is $8 a month. If somebody only needs to receive alerts and never opens the dashboard, add them as an alert-only member: they are free and don’t take a seat. We would rather you added the person than left them off the on-call schedule to save money.
What counts as a monitor?
One target checked one way: an HTTP monitor on your API, a TCP monitor on your database, an SSL monitor on your domain. Heartbeat monitors have their own allowance and don’t count toward the monitor limit. Paused monitors do count, so delete a monitor you no longer need to free its slot.
What does white-label cost?
Nothing extra. Removing “Powered by StatusCheck”, using your own logo and sending subscriber email from your own domain are part of the Team plan at $19, not a separate line on the invoice. Custom domains with automatic TLS start one plan lower, on Solo.
How do SMS and call allowances work?
Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance: 30 on Solo, 100 on Team, 200 on Business. Email, Slack and webhook alerts are always unlimited and never metered. We’ll tell you when you’re close to the allowance, and if you need more every month, the next plan up includes more. A monitor that pages every minute for days usually needs fixing, and we’ll say so.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, and your data stays exportable throughout.
Is everything on this page in the app today?
Almost. Heartbeat (cron) monitors, on-call schedules and escalation, SMS and call alerts, browser checks, the API, two-factor authentication, SAML single sign-on and the audit log are still being built, and they are marked coming soon wherever this site mentions them. Everything else works in the app now.
